I've lived and worked in Chamonix for over 5 years and have over 15 years background and experience in the IT Service and Support industry during which time I’ve built up a wealth of knowledge in a variety of environments from supporting small local business up to multinational corporates.

With over 10 years’ experience supporting IT environments within the Travel & Tourism sector in the UK and around the rest of Europe I feel I have a good understanding of general working practices within the travel industry which places me in an ideal position to provide unprecedented levels of support to many of the local tourism focused companies.

During my working career I’ve built up a core IT skillset mainly covering Microsoft operating systems and applications, call centre telephony systems, core networking and infrastructure support. I support a range of operating systems from Windows 7, Vista, XP and 2000 as well as server based support of Windows 2008 & 2003, Exchange email systems, IIS webservers, SQL databases, DHCP, DNS and many other technologies all held together with Active Directory services. An understanding of networking technologies is essential and I’ve worked on a variety of networking equipment from small home Wi-Fi solutions to large scale corporate networks using Cisco routers.
